What is a partnership agreement
An agreement with dedicated terms valid for an agreed period, with a single Do.Ma contact person. It can work in two ways, also combined:
- Guests book directly: your staff, lecturers, students, patients or relatives write to us quoting the agreement and always receive the reserved terms.
- Bookings managed by your organisation: your company, school or institution asks us for availability and quotes, confirms and keeps the relationship with the guest; we handle check-in, access instructions and support during the stay.
Booking, cancellation and payment terms are agreed case by case, with mutual flexibility, to build a stable long-term partnership.
